The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-19-R-67946 and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Contractor will be responsible for all software implementation activities involved in getting new non-cloud-based asset management software, customization, and migration of existing recordings operating properly on CCQDER’s internal LAN environment. Implementation includes installation, configuration, running, testing, and making any necessary changes required for the system to operate.
The purpose of this contract is to:
- Replace the functionality currently provided by the Virage Video capture, storage, and streaming software.
- The Virage software being replaced is:
- Video Logger – used for manual tagging/indexing
- VS Archive – digital asset management software
- IDOL 7 – search engine
- SoftSound – provides transcript of selected asset
- Proposed solutions must:
- Be a non-cloud-based solution
- Capable of manual tagging (indexing) the beginning and end of selected dialog (questions)
- Be capable of searching for videos and segmented videos using user created metadata
- Have speech to text (transcription) functionality for English and Spanish…
