ASM Research, Inc. possesses the unique qualifications to instantly perform the continuation of these services given that ASM Research already has the required resources and trained manpower, and has completed all in-processing requirements for their employees, thus requiring no transition efforts to continue performing these services. This sole source, IDIQ procurement (Bridge contract) for non-personal services will provide sustainment and modernization of the MODS. This contract will mirror contract, W81K04-18-D-0013. The anticipated period of performance is 01 April 2019 through 30 September 2019; and will include FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services; potentially extending period of performance through 31 March 2020.
