DHA awards bridge contract to GDIT for Application Support

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to negotiate and award a new, firm-fixed price bridge-action contract using FY19 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funds to General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) on a sole source basis, for continuation of in support of Solution Delivery Division (SDD) production deployed applications. This procurement is a short-term bridge action to continue existing level of effort under contract HT0015-18-F-0010 (Application Support) that was awarded to GDIT on 04 November 2017 and will expire on 31 March 2019.

Application Support provides for production applications operations, security, and maintenance services to the Military Health System (MHS) systems in support of DHA’s Solutions Delivery Division’s (SDD) production deployed applications. The tasks set forth herein cover selected SDD user-facing applications in production deployment. The Contractor shall perform ITIL-defined Service Operation activities in coordination with Program Office Management and other contractors.

  • Database and code administration;
  • Programming of maintenance functions;
  • Change management;
