The purpose of this contract is to provide training and technical assistance to HRSA grantees and stakeholders (e.g., states, territories, federally recognized tribes and community-based organizations), to support the integration of evidence-based, culturally and linguistically competent behavioral health services in primary care settings.
The Contractor/COE will actively engage and collaborate with HRSA-funded TA centers and clearinghouses, such as: the HIV/AIDS Bureau-funded Behavioral Health Workforce, and the National Organization of State and TargetHIV Center, the Home Visiting Improvement Action Center (HV-ImpACT), the Healthy Start EPIC Center, the National Association of Community Health Centers, National Health Care for the Homeless Council, the Rural Health Information Hub (RHIhub), and the University of Michigan Behavioral Health Workforce Research Center. The T/TA Contractor shall use these collaborations to co-brand T/TA deliverables where appropriate, align efforts, and disseminate information on available T/TA. The Contractor shall leverage the COE to share findings from T/TA activities with HRSA stakeholders via appropriate communication channels.
