The purpose of this acquisition is to issue a bridge contract by modifying existing contracts in order to continue to receive, without any lapse, the following critical services:
Evaluation activities in support of the various Bureaus and Offices within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). These activities include evaluation studies, evaluation, policy and environmental assessments, development, implementation, analyzing the implementation of best practices as a result of quality improvement project, and assessment of evaluation capacity building activities, and the development and implementation of performance measurement tools and data systems.
