HHS OIG is seeking a Budget tool to minimize manual processes for budget allocation, monitoring, reconciliation, close-out of OIG Resources as well as increase standardization for budget narratives, exhibits and charts.
The stages of the Federal budget execution cycle may include the following stages, but is not limited to:
- Operating Plan Development • Quarterly Allocations • Component Notification with Baseline Level Controls • Regional Distribution • Plan Execution • Document Level Reconciliation • Status of Funds Report • Close-out
