HRSA issues presolicitation for Technical Assistance IDIQ

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is planning to issue a solicitation for a multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for technical assistance (TA) in support of HRSA’s programs, grantees, and grantee-like entities that they support, as well as HRSA’s federal workforce. The solicitation will be issued as full and open with a period of performance of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option periods. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about February 8, 2019.

The selected contractors will be expected to support HRSA’s programs, grantees, grantee-like entities, and HRSA. The selected contractor(s) will be required to provide technical assistance in a range of areas and to provide various types of technical assistance in response to the specific needs of HRSA programs. The selected contractor(s) will have staff and subject matter expert consultants qualified and experienced in a range of specialty areas.
