CMS seeking Deputy Center Director for Center for Program Integrity

As the Deputy Center Director, CPI, you will serve as a senior officer for CPI responsible for all activities necessary for the operation and management of CPI including the following: 

“Integrating program integrity activities and contracting into a strategic framework that targets resources to highest risk areas and health system issues, tailors interventions to be appropriate for the various program integrity issues, and focuses on preventing fraud, waste and abuse.” 

“Developing and implementing innovative program integrity initiatives.” 

“Providing executive leadership and direction in the development and implementation of the Medicare and Medicaid Integrity Programs and providing strategic direction for CMS, the states, and law enforcement partners. “ 

“Directing the development of Medicare and Medicaid program integrity strategy and tactics for fee-for-service and managed care financing. Planning and developing methods to monitor program integrity efforts, including provider enrollment, coordination of the Agency’s efforts to curb fraud and abuse in the Medicare/Medicaid programs, and administers the Medicare and Medicaid Integrity Programs…”
