CDC to award sole source for Health Program Evaluation (HPE) services for the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a two year, (2 one year periods) sole source, time & materials purchase order to Health Research and Analysis, LLC (HRA) to replace the final two option periods on the firm-fixed price purchase order 200-2016-F-92339. Purchase Order 200-2016-F-92339 is for Health Program Evaluation (HPE) services for the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP).

HRA has taken the primary role in conducting an ongoing and comprehensive program data analytics and support the WTC Health Program Administrator in making informed decisions to ensure efficiency and integrity of the program. This requirement was solicited in 2016 as a small business set aside, and awarded as a firm-fixed price purchase order.
