Dept of Housing and Urban Development seeking Hospital Assessment Consulting Services

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Healthcare Programs (OHP) requires contractor support to provide hospital assessment services. Services shall include assessments of hospital operations, finance, strategic planning, leadership, and governance.

The vision of this requirement is to obtain contractor support to provide the Office of Healthcare Programs with consulting services in support of its asset management activities. By obtaining these services, the Office of Healthcare Programs will be able to assess troubled hospitals in the portfolio and mitigate potential claims.

The Contractor shall possess national experience in consulting, analysis, and advising of acute care hospitals in at least 25 individual states and/or territories.  In addition, the Contractor shall possess a broad range of acute care hospital experience from small critical access hospital to large academic medical centers; and experience with for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental providers.
