CIO-SP3 SB Prime, ERPi seeks leader to support growing Federal Health IT Portfolio

“ERPi is seeking a Business Development & Capture Director for Federal Health IT Services to build and lead a portfolio of IT support services across Federal Health agencies.”    

“As a senior leader within ERPi, this position will be responsible for establishing the framework and executing operations to identify, shape, capture, and deliver IT Support Services to health-enabling federal customers, namely the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and with a particular focus on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other health agencies including Defense Health Agency (DHA). The successful candidate will have a vast network of market relationships, to include prospective federal clients and customers, as well as teaming partners.  Through these established market relationships and a deep understanding of the market environment, this position will lead the process of synthesizing the Government’s needs and challenges into innovative and unique marketing offerings.”  

“The ideal candidate will have successful experience in leading business development and capture activities via the Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business. This position will directly oversee all activities over the CIO-SP3 IT portfolio, including establishing and maturing a capture pipeline valued at over $100M, developing partnership with other contractor firms, maintaining and growing prospective client relationships, and supporting increased usage of this GWAC vehicle by our existing clients. As a member of ERPi’s senior executive team, this position will work closely with the Business Development Team as well as with the various market account officers in charge.”        

“Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Using this individual’s existing Federal Health Agency relationships and their established network to actively meet with potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and serve as Officer in Charge for identified pursuits (responsible for overseeing and integrating activities of proposal managers, technical writers, SMEs, and teaming partners).  Responsible for establishing and managing client call-plan to engage prospective clients. 
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of IT-related service opportunities across Federal Health agencies and have demonstrated success in synthesizing client relationships into awarded revenue of approximately ~$10-15M per engagement…” 

“Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Entrepreneurial drive to build and maintain new IT work across Federal Health agencies and programs– utilizing ERPi’s existing business development platform, framework, and resources.  This includes leveraging ERPi’s current corporate strengths in service deliverying (e.g., IT Program Management, Trusted Advisory, IT Project / SDLC support, Data Integration & Analytics, Decision-Support and Performance Improvement) as well as shifting into adjacent/ new IT services. 
  • Proven successful experience in business development and capture of IT services opportunities across the Federal Health IT market, including experience using GWACs / IDIQs such as CIO-SP3 and/or IT Schedule IT…”
