Capgemini seeks Account Lead for HHS/FDA

“Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Client Account Lead to join our team in the DC metro area. The Client Account Lead will be responsible to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for our growing account. The Client Account Lead will work in collaboration with other teams across the business to support our government clients. The successful candidate will create, manage, and own account plans and activities to grow business.”

“Job Description 

As a Client Account Lead, you will: 

  • Leverage Capgemini s broad range of functional capabilities to build and deliver a diversified business supporting the mission of CGGS’ account. 
  • Manage pipeline and capture of opportunities to meet account business and market goals. 
  • Execute end-to-end proposal process for all color-team reviews and pricing build-up for responses; actively research, contribute, and write proposal content. 
  • Engage with Capgemini global team (180,000 worldwide) to build relationships and leverage commercial capabilities to expand footprint…” 

“Qualifications 

  • At least 8 years professional experience. 
  • At least 3 years direct experience serving as an Account Manager in a Federal Civilian Agency. 
  • At least 3 years business development experience in the Federal market. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with the client team members. 
  • A strong government budgeting background with ability to understand methodologies and processes from a policy viewpoint is highly preferred. 
  • Specific experience with CBER, CDRH, CDER, CTPO and with other HHS organizations is preferred. 
  • Experience delivering and managing a project portfolio between $5M and $10M per year of annual revenue…”
