The Contractor shall provide warranty support (excluding end-point telephone devices) for all VA NEC Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Call Control Server (CCS) Voice Systems (VS) and associated peripheral equipment (PE) operating in/at the designated VA NEC OEM base sites and their affiliated locations. As part of this effort, additional sites and affiliated locations can be added to the base requirement if the Government elects to exercise optional tasks defined in this PWS. The warranty support shall include NEC VA Resolve Plus access to VA designated staff supporting existing CCS VS and PE operating in/at VA NEC OEM sites. This includes all related information systems such as auto-attendant, existing CCS VS and PE operating in/at VA NEC OEM sites. The NEC VA Resolve Plus access support services shall include software and hardware warranty assurance, documentation, and training support. In performance of these tasks the Contractor shall maintain licensure and good standing with NEC and all affiliates.
