Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Office of Veterans Access to Care, Veterans Point of Service Program requires continuation of Performance Management and Control Services (PM&C) in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement. PM&C requirements include site visits and training, configuration support, data performance reporting, supporting software updates and releases, and providing thermal paper. This continuation in services is required so there is no lapse in coverage between the time the contract expires on November 5, 2018 and anticipated contract/task order award in fiscal year 2019, 2nd quarter. Period of performance shall be for one, 4-month base period with one, 4-month option period.
