Working as part of the VA Office of Information Technology (OIT) Demand Management Division (DMD) Enterprise Cloud Solutions Office (ECSO), the IronArch team will help in the implementation of cloud-first policy solutions.”

The company will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking cloud application performance, reviewing and verifying the quality of implementation of service requests, and analyzing account management practices with recommended improvements.”
