NIH intends to award a contract for Professional and technical support services in support of the Division of Budget and Financial Management, and the ORF Front Office to NETE Solutions.
Specific task areas include supports services in Business Process Improvements, preparing Acquisition Reports using data in Prism and NBS, OPE Reporting analytics, Performance Management Support and Automation, and support in processing utilities contracts.
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, administration, and labor and extensive knowledge of current ORF functional systems such as the Facilities Information Management System (FIMS), unstructured project data (SharePoint), Oracle project Enhancement (OPE) as well as the enterprise NIH solutions that integrate data. Expert analysis and leverage of the data these systems provide is vital to identifying areas for improvements. Marrying key data elements and technical knowledge allows for the support of key performance indicators that are vital to identifying areas of strength and weakness. Efficient use of data facilitates action plans centered on the intelligence these metrics provide.
