DHA to award Network Consolidation and Support services bridge contract, recompete in Q2 FY19

The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Task Order or procurement with the incumbent INTELLIDYNE, L.L.C. The current contract W81 XWH-08-D-OO I 3 Task Order number 0007 expires on 29 October 2018.

The objective of this bridge is to use the ITSM ITIL framework to provide consistent, available, and reliable IT services to DHHQ locations that use the NSS supported local area network {LAN). In addition, the consolidation of all Network/IT support provided to the entire DHA, for all DHA facilities worldwide will require the integration of the IT support provided under this statement of work in to the DHA Enterprise Support footprint where ever possible.

Using proven industry standards, the contractor shall provide for the services required to effectively manage, operate, maintain, and in addition provide for the integrate or transfer of IT support to or with other DHA Enterprise IT support elements in order to modernize the OASD (HA)/DHA DHHQ Site automation environments. The contractor, will provide for the scaling back of direct support provided under this statement of work and the transition to a full partnership with the DHA Global Service Center and all other DHA IT support elements, to include but not limited to DHA Life Cycle Management, DHA Regional Operations, DHA Enterprise Service Management, and DHA Network Operations wherever possible in order to fully integrate into the MHS Joint Active Directory Management and MHS Medical Community of Interest network environments systems and infrastructures.

It is anticipated that an RFQ will be available 2nd quarter of FY19.
