Ad Hoc is seeking a VP of Growth and Strategy to:
“Coordinate and manage all new business development activities. This includes pipeline management and prioritization, growth strategy development and implementation, and all capture (e.g., win strategy, teaming, white paper development, trade shows) that focus on growing the organization; lead the Ad Hoc full lifecycle business development process, to include identifying opportunities, capture and the entire proposal process.”
“As the primary initiator of new business relationships, this position is responsible for identifying and developing new relationships with the key decision makers in the public sector; design and implement and build the business development corporate structure, bringing a successful business development organizational structure; lead, train, and mentor the entire Growth and Strategy team driving new business and overseeing the Growth and Strategy team…”
The position requires:
- “At least 15 years of federal full life-cycle business development experience, including 10 years in leadership/management roles strongly preferred.
- Proven strategy, business development, and proposal experience, established customer and industry partner relationships, and outstanding leadership, budget management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in building and sustaining a world class proposal team.
- Experience successfully working for small business is a plus.
- Ability to grow and build a business development pipeline from green space.
