Army MEDCOM issues sources sought for Prescription Medication Reporting System

The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) on behalf of MEDCOM is soliciting comments from industry on their commercial insight on web-based solutions, best practices, possible contractual arrangements, and potential issues involved with providing a Prescription Medication Reporting System for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM).

“The contractor shall provide a software service that will allow the government to order and view prescription histories and determine medical risk based on configuring the outcome report based on USMEPCOM business rules. The contractor shall provide results from the prescription histories for use by the government medical providers who ultimately make determinations to medically qualify/disqualify applicants for military service.  Prescription reporting will include line-by-line medication data including but not limited to prescribing provider information including contact information consistent with information provided to subscribers.
