Major General Lee Payne has recently taken on the dual role of Assistant Director for Combat Support Agency, Defense Health Agency (DHA) and MHS Genesis Functional Champion for the DHA, where he will be responsible for the executive oversight and direction of enterprise data governance, enterprise information management/requirements management, and ensuring the success of the new Electronic Health Record.
