Chad Thyes, a business leader with more than 19 years progressive responsibility in business transformation, to include experience leading the program portfolio for Health customers including the Benefits Coordination and Recovery Center; Retiree Drug Subsidy contact center; Adventist Healthcare system infrastructure; Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) Claims Processing Maintenance; and CMS Virtual Infrastructure Enterprise Services program, has taken on a new role as Vice President of Operations for MissionSide.
