CDC to award sole source for Smart CAPA Software and related support

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to IQVIA Inc. for the purchase of software support, maintenance, and licenses for Smart CAPA, Smart Complaint, Smart Document, and SmartTrain modules. Pilgrim Software and Maintenance Support is required to keep the existing Pilgrim software functional and up to date. Since Pilgrim’s software is proprietary, no other vendors can meet this requirement. Pilgrim developed the software and only Pilgrim can provide the required maintenance, support, and licenses.

Responses are due by July 23, 2018.
