“To satisfy the minimum guarantee, the TAC awarded FFP Task Order 36C10B18N0001 under IDIQ Contract 36C10B18D5000 for Project Management, Planning, Strategy and Pre-Initial Operating Capability (IOC) Build for the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) solution. These services include project management, Functional Management, Technical Management, enterprise design and build activities as well as pre-IOC infrastructure build and testing. The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base period and a 12-month option period. The total value of Task Order 0001 Project Management is $162,959,036.47, with $116,017,538.02 being obligated at time of award.”
“Additionally, the TAC awarded FFP Task Order 36C10B18N0002 under IDIQ Contract 36C10B18D5000 for site assessment activities for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 IOC Sites. The Contractor shall also conduct a comprehensive current-state assessment of the sites to inform site-specific implementation activities. Moreover, the Contractor shall conclude the work via a current-state leadership debrief to inform leadership of the IOC sites findings, and to scope the work associated with site implementation in a separate task order(s) (TOs). The period of performance will be three months from date of award. The total value of Task Order 0002 Site Assessments is $4,586,627.50, with $4,586,627.50 being obligated at time of award.”
