NIH has issued a sources sought seeking to identify any sources with capabilities or prior experience that can provide 4D’s Request Tracker to retain authorizations for release of medical information from the patient or a patients authorized requestor.
NIH/CC/OPC wishes to learn about available vendor capabilities for providing 4D’s Request Tracker to retain authorizations for release of medical information from the patient or a patients authorized requestor with an application that works in conjunction with its current 3M applications and interfaces to allow specified documentation to be released more efficiently to authorized requestors.
