VA issues solicitation related to webSTAIR Adaptation Service Contract

VA has issued a notice that it intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of Contractor support to provide planning, design, development, implementation, and testing of adaptations to both the General Use and Evaluation versions of webSTAIR based on web usage data and interview feedback from Veteran users, mental health service providers, and the NCPTSD development team (content experts). The Contractor shall also continue to host, maintain, and support the Evaluation Version of webSTAIR, including the associated clinician dashboard. The period of performance for the services shall be 12 months from date of award, with four 12-month option periods for continued services. Also included are two optional tasks for software development and testing of 4-8 core treatment modules; and for hosting of the 4-8 core treatment modules, which may be exercised in the base or any option period.

Responses are due by April 11, 2018.
