Nation’s Military Health Professions Academy, USUHS selects tiag® to lead IT Migration Efforts

“Advancing the mission of Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) as the nation’s military health profession academy, tiag® was awarded a new contract for the USUHS Centers & Affiliates Assessment and Migration effort.”

“Serving as prime contractor and collaborating with The Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc., tiag will migrate IT equipment and users within several USU Research Centers located near the main campus. tiag will then assess the remaining 18 centers for these extensive migration efforts, which will consolidate USUHS Centers’ operational environments, systems and applications into the university’s accredited .edu environment.”

“The results will provide greater Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) insight and control of the day-to-day operations and security posture of these organizations. In addition to validating Center compliance with applicable Department of Defense IM/IT policies, tiag’s work will simultaneously reduce costs by eliminating redundant services and delivering enhanced IM/IT services to the USUHS Centers.” Read the full press release here.
