Indian Health Service has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation related to its National Patient Reporting System (NPIR) and is issuing this “competitive RFQ for the purpose of entering into one Fixed Priced contract with a 3-month Base Period and four – 12-month Option Periods.”
“The Indian Health Service requires a non-personal services contract to provide the methodologies, processes and architectures that support the transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information in the Indian Health Services (IHS) Business Intelligence (BI) environment. Services will include the full lifecycle development of executive dashboards, ad-hoc reports and predictive analytic solutions as well as maintaining the National Data Warehouse (NDW) and creating/maintaining various program/functional reporting data marts…”
