The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), through this acquisition, intends to award a contract to procure a wide range of systems engineering and cloud support services to support the electronic Research Administration (eRA) in the Office of Extramural
Research (OER) of the NIH.
Specific tasks listed include Project Planning Support; Application Architecture; Cloud Architecture and Engineering; Cloud Migration and Legacy Support; IT Security; Software Development Support; and Training Support; and eRA Infrastructure Support.
Responses are due February 2, 2018.
