About the Job
Requirement
Existing relationships and/or experience selling to DHA and US Army; relationships/experience with USAMMDA, USAMRAA, and MEDCOM preferred;
Experience selling IT, Professional Services and/or Solutions;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Experience selling on ID/IQs e.g. GSA IT70, GSA MOBIS, GSA 8(a)STARS;
Previous Sales and/or Negotiations training preferred.
Responsibility
Generate new revenue through identifying, qualifying, and pursue US Army, DHA and other DOD opportunities;
Call on new and existing customers to get information on new and previously identified opportunities;
Maintain continuity of contact with existing qualified client base on a regular schedule;
Generate Account Plans for DHA, USAMMDA, USAMRAA and other organizations as needed;
Present briefings at the Opportunities Gate Reviews to company executives for pursuit decisions;
Participate in Teaming, Theme & Discriminators, Agency, Opportunity and Customer Profile discussion as part of the Capture Team;
Participate on Proposal Review Team to ensure the offered solution meet customer requirements;
Positively represent the company at Government and Industry events as needed;
Participate in business strategic planning activities as needed.
