“Support is needed for the development, testing, documentation, piloting, and production operation efforts in VA’s conversion from a distributed, legacy interface system for its healthcare viewer to a modern interface that leverages an enterprise, EMR-independent, health information exchange.
Scope for JLV HealthShare Support
- Support efforts involving rapid application development, setup, configuration, testing, and operation of environments to support proof of concept, demonstration, and pilot efforts
- Convert application interfaces from legacy, direct VA VistAs utilizing SOAP, XML, and M RPCs to a modern, EMR-independent, HIE leveraging RESTful FHIR
- Support the deployment and configuration of updated software into test, demonstration, pilot, and production environments as required
- Support operations and troubleshooting of environments to support development, proof of concept, demonstration, and production environments
- Support documentation efforts for the newly developed interfaces and environments”
