“The overall purpose of the Evaluation IDIQ is to assist the bureaus and offices with: (1) development,
implementation, and support of evaluation studies related to HRSA projects or programs are conducted
with the goal of collecting empirical information about program performance, outcomes and/or impact to
enhance programmatic decision-making and/or make judgments about various aspects of programs;
and (2) provision of technical assistance (TA) and training to support evaluation-related needs and to
