“The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Malbaie Solutions Inc., 23929 Burdette Forest Road, Clarksburg, Maryland 20871 for support services to establish the Office of Administrative Services (OAS) Analytics and Performance Management Data Metrics. The Contractor is to provide data analysis and performance management expertise for organization changes within OAS.
