This networking event which includes a Toy Drive in support of Northern Virginia Family Services and runs from 4pm to 6:30pm – may require a little advance planning. Defense Health Agency Fall Industry Day
WHEN: Thursday, November 16 through Friday, November 17
WHERE: San Antonio, TX
This one may seem far enough away to shelve for a bit, but with hotels and flights booking quickly, this event, which promises a representative from each DHA Joint Directorate (JDIR) who will brief its forecasted requirements, is looking more and more as if it is worth the money and time commitment. The announcement of a related DHA small business forum last week only adds to the value.
Healthcare Transformation Panel
WHEN: Thursday, November 16, 2017
WHERE: Arlington, VA
This HIMSS NCA event tackles the subject of Meeting the Challenge of Healthcare Transformation with a panel including FDA and NIMH. These are two others you’ll want to plan for!
The PEX VA conference is happening again in late November. With more than a dozen top execs from VA expected to be on the agenda, this event will focus on interoperability through standardization, improved process excellence, and mobile technology as an opportunity to improve veteran care.
Don’t forget the FedHealthIT100 Awards Event taking place at the AMP by Strathmore this December 11th. An opportunity to honor 100 leaders recognized for driving change and advancement in the Federal Health community, this event is both a celebration and networking opportunity.
