Halfaker has an opening for a Capture Manager to join our talented, dynamic team in support of the Capture and Proposal Department. The Capture Manager identifies the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity; oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies; and manages the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting and managing internal and external capture efforts within the Capture Management Plan
- Leading capture efforts with particular focus on opportunities that have a measurable impact on business growth
- Working collaboratively with the internal Capture and Proposal stakeholders to develop proposal win themes, solution, as well as strategy & differentiators to increase probability of win and capture the business
- Interacting directly with senior leaders to coordinate and drive all phases of capture activities and strategy execution
- Managing complex capture opportunities by coordinating market analysis, competitor analysis, gap analysis, and teaming activities in alignment with the Company’s strategy and objectives
