Summary: The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a government employee or contractor employee within DHA/VA. The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DHA, CMS & VA leadership structure and understand DHA, CMS & VA mission objectives and its subcomponents. A track record of capturing and winning DHA/VA/CMS contracts is highly desired.
This individual will leverage customer relationships and personal experience to identify and assess potential DHA, CMS & VA business opportunities that result in measurable revenue growth. He/she will be expected to identify gaps and emerging requirements, perform market and economic analysis, conduct business intelligence, design and execute formal capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture. The ideal candidate, working with the Business Development Director and Healthcare Division Manager, will develop and implement the overall DHA, CMS & VA capture strategy, as well as develop internal and external partnerships, business plans and associated marketing assigned with the opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing a BD and Capture Pipeline of opportunities
2. Work closely with the Military Healthcare Account VP to strategize and develop plans to grow Fulcrums Business development Business within the DoD and Federal Government
3. Identify and negotiate teaming opportunities with other Contract Companies
4. Maintain the Healthcare opportunity tracking pipeline, and report weekly to the Corporate Growth Lead and the Healthcare Account Management Team
5. Identify, capture and develop proposals in support of Healthcare related opportunities
