The Program Manager serves as the primary focal point within Time Solutions, LLC and other PS SBU subsidiaries on all matters pertaining to assigned contract vehicles and task orders. The Program Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. This often requires managing teams of personnel at multiple locations.
Efforts may be in support of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), or other federal agencies and may encompass a wide range of health, health science and biomedical-related IT services and solutions under the NITAAC CIO-SP3 SB contract vehicle and additional contract vehicles.

Strategic Management
- Establish consultative and trusting relationships with customers to add to existing business and contracts. Align with customers to get information, assess needs, and resolve issues and concerns.
- Manages and maintains interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
- Provide leadership and directional support in the areas of capture and proposal management to include guiding team to develop long-term and short-term plans.
- Identify and build teaming partnerships to expand business development opportunities.
- Source and evaluate opportunities to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
