Technalink is seeking a Director, Business Development that will oversee the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Federal’s Business Development and Marketing functions. The Director of BD will have extensive experience within the agency. The selected candidate will actively participate in the development of new opportunities, managing program captures and proposals, as well as strategic planning and build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers. The candidate that will be an integral part in supporting proposal activities, marketing, communications, competitive analysis, and business development.
Qualifications
- Business knowledge of and senior relationships with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
- Demonstrated success in managing Federal Business Development Departments and resources.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision making on opportunity pursuits, as well as, long term business strategies.
