Job Description
Serves as Program Manager for The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC). The SPARC vehicle is a multi award, IDIQ, performance based contract that is available to all components within CMS to procure IT System development services. The selected candidate must have experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid development methodologies. Responsible to developing the overall corporate strategy for SPARC solicitations and lead the shaping and solution efforts for key target initiatives. Demonstrated experience relative to oral and written communications with all levels of management for planning and control of projects.
