Lead MHS GENESIS Player, Leidos, Seeks DHA Principal Growth Executive

The Defense Health Operation of Leidos Inc. has an immediate need for a qualified Senior Principal Business Developer. This position will work remotely with ability to travel as needed to client sites throughout the United States as well as to our corporate office in Reston, VA.

The Defense Health Operation supports the Defense Health Agency and the military services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp) in addressing continuing needs for medical support services, from IT to research and development to providing staff augmentation. This includes specialty services such as nursing services, counselors and other Behavioral Health experts.

Leidos is the largest provider of Health Care IT services to the federal government, with relationships across Federal Agencies (DoD, VA, HHS). We are over a $1 Billion a year market for IT related services. From providing EHRs for DoD to management systems at HHS, CMS and the VA. Leidos won the DHMSM program in 2015, that will replace the DoD’s legacy EHR with a commercial program over the next 8 years.

Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Principal Business Developer will lead efforts to maintain, grow and create new relationships throughout the Defense Health Agency and Military Services component’s, including the Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and research facilities, where Leidos can bring our expertise in healthcare IT and other direct support services to the DoD.
