Visual Connections annouces Pega Partnership

Visual Connections announced this week that it has entered into a partnership with Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) and is now a Pega Registered Partner with the Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application provider.

Pega brings to the partnership a wide range of strengths, including Federal solution differentiation, high quality Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and rules and policy governance, among other fortes. Their customers include industry leaders in banking, insurance, healthcare, media and entertainment, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Pega software has consistently been ranked as a leader in CRM, BPM and case management by analysts Forrester and Gartner.

Visual Connections’ provides proven BPM success, aligning technical services capabilities, strong federal customer relationships, and knowledge on solutions key to government healthcare agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), where we have worked on five Pega implementations.

“There is a core synergy between our two companies,” said Frederick Deese, CEO and Founder of Visual Connections. “Both Pega and Visual Connections have an understanding of how to leverage BPM, Case Management, CRM and process-driven technologies to achieve compelling customer success,” he said. Deese went on to say that Visual Connections and Pega are “solution-focused,” which means success is achieved when the customer’s challenge is solved—not when software is sold or an application is developed. “This shared vision of success is critically important to our partnership because it ties both teams’ goals directly with the customers’ goals,” he said.

Objectives of the Visual Connections/Pega partnership include working collaboratively to enhance performance on current Pega programs and collaborating on new opportunities.
