Can you be CTA prime on tracks (i.e. SDVOSB, HUB) and be a CTA member (NOT prime) on another submission ( i.e. 8(a) and HUB)? Does that constitute as multiple offers from the same prime and disqualify you? Thanks.

I think you answered your own question – You are a CTA Prime on one and a CTA member on the other. Good question to ask to clarify, but one is a team members and the other is a prime.

Everyone, there was a prior Q&A issued from the restricted competition back in 2010 with this question and answer:

Question: Paragraph L.2.4 – Can a small business prime offeror be part of CTA/JV/SUB of another Prime 8(a) offer?
Answer: There are no restrictions against this except as specified in paragraph L.2.4 regarding the prime contractor/team lead.

This is such a pitiful forecast. There is just not much coming out of DHA this year

The responsible agent is the Office of Small Business for managing this data. It is pretty clear there wasn’t any cross walk or analysis done because many are redundant and worse many of the RFIs recently posted are not included on this list.
